Silverwood Villa 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 10 Sleeps

"Silverwood Villa" is our luxury 5 Bedroom/3 Bathroom home with private pool sleeping up to 10 people. It is a single storey property with 2 Master Bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms & hairdryers, ideal for a large family or 2 families sharing. The villa is fully carpeted except for the kitchen and bathroom areas which are tiled.

Luxuriously furnished throughout, the villa has vaulted ceilings and is fully air-conditioned, and in addition has ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus the living/dining room area, which also has patio doors leading out to the pool deck.

The spacious living/dining room contains a large 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and armchair, with a formal dining table and 6 chairs in the dining area. We have Cable TV,  a DVD player with film selection, CD mini Hi-Fi system, and various games and books for both adults and children. There is a telephone providing FREE calls and FREE Wi-Fi Internet access. 

In the kitchen area there is a breakfast nook with table & chairs + highchair, large cooker with ceramic hob, matching built-in microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, liquidiser, kettle etc. dishwasher and garbage disposal unit. For our "little guests" we provide special crockery and cultery.

We have a private, fully screened, South West facing 30' x 15' pool which has the advantage of opaque double screening on the lower portions and sides for added  privacy. This mesh screen allows the sun's rays in, but keeps the bugs and leaves out!!  There is a 4 foot high Safety Fence between the pool and the main building (which can be removed if not required) and in addition the patio doors leading out to the pool area have extra child alarms fitted which sound each time they are opened. The pool can be heated if required, and we would recommend this between November and March. Luxury sun loungers are provided and ready for your relaxation by the pool, with a towel rail to dry your wet swimwear etc. There is a covered lanai (patio) for those who prefer some shade, complete with patio table and chairs (extra chairs can be found in the garage) plus a light and ceiling fan for dining "al fresco." There is also direct access from the pool to the main bathroom, which is always handy when you have children.

For teenagers and "big kids" we have installed a games room within the garage area, comprising a full-size, slate bed, pool table which can also be converted for table tennis by the addition of a separate table top. An electronic dartboard and air hockey game complete the facilities.

There is also a utility area containing a large automatic washer and separate tumble dryer and an iron & ironing board can be found in the hall cupboard.

There is a Coded Door Lock so no need to collect keys from anywhere on your arrival and the villa is protected by a security alarm system that is monitored 24 hours a day. We also have a friendly and reliable Management Company, who are available for any assistance you may need during your stay.
